Synbiotics – A combination of Pre-Probiotics
Prebiotics are types of dietary fiber that benefit by selectively stimulating the growth or activity of friendly bacteria in the colon. This helps the gut bacteria produce nutrients for your colon cells and leads to a healthier digestive system[1].
Probiotics are live microorganisms, which, when administered in adequate amounts, confer a health benefit on the body[2].
